Pressure washing with high PSI (pounds per square inch) is great for concrete driveways. But on Kissimmee and Orlando stucco homes, roofs, and painted siding, it can crack surfaces, strip paint, and push water under siding. Soft wash uses low pressure + cleaning solution to kill mold and algae without damage.
Soft wash is a low-pressure cleaning method (under 500 PSI) that uses specialized cleaning chemicals to remove mold, mildew, algae, and dirt. Instead of blasting surfaces with high-pressure water, it applies a detergent solution, lets it sit, and rinses with low pressure.
The cleaning agents do the work, not the water force. Soft wash is slower than high-pressure washing, but it's safer for delicate surfaces and kills organic growth at the root (so it stays cleaner longer).
